STORAGE

One of our core competencies is to maintain a broad and in-depth inventory of steel products. Our inventories are stored at our strategically located logistics centers at the Jebel Ali Free Zone, National Industries Park and Umm Ramool and managing inventories has consequently become a crucial activity for our company. The optimization of inventory levels and, at the same time, a guaranteed high level of service to customers, requires our day-to-day attention. We therefore invest a great deal of resources to be able to achieve this.

DISTRIBUTION

The speed of service is a one of the key factors contributing to our success. Large volumes of steel products from our state of the art warehousing facilities are transported daily all over the UAE and GCC. Intensification of the shuttle services between our various stock locations has given us a high degree of flexibility and raised our level of service. At any one time we have in stock over 25,000 metric tons of steel. All ready for next day delivery to any required address. Deliveries are all made by our own fleet of vehicles to ensure a reliable and consistently high level of service.

EXPORT PACKAGING AND MARKING

Our materials are shipped all over the GCC and we therefore, offer various types of export packaging. Furthermore, we apply all required markings such as tags, lines or stencils, including the desired brand name identification.

DOCUMENT CONTROL

Complete documentation and document management services are provided, in order to verify and confirm that our products are made and supplied according to specifications, design drawings, laws and regulations and other contract-specific requirements. The documentation may consist of packing lists, material certificates, purchase specifications, order confirmations, invoices and catalogs. Material certificates are provided electronically or in any other convenient method of distribution.
