Steel long products

LONG PRODUCTS

In steel industry terminology long products refers to steel products that include billets, blooms, rebars, wire rod, shapes, sections, rails, sheet piles and drawn wire. They are used in all industrial sectors, particularly in the construction and engineering industries.

Steel flat products

FLAT PRODUCTS

Flat products include slabs, hot-rolled coil, cold-rolled coil, coated steel products, tinplate and heavy plate. They are used in automotive, heavy machinery, pipes and tubes, construction, ship-building, boilers and tanks, packaging and appliances.

Steel tubes

TUBES AND PIPES

These are welded or seamless pipe and tubing generally used for structural or load-bearing purposes or in oil and gas industries as casing, tubing and drill pipe. They can be categorised as long products but due to its significance in our part of the world, particularly due to oil and gas, it is helpful to list it separately.
